After completing this training, you will also have a much deeper understanding of how the body works, and your physical self-awareness will be honed along with your ability to identify trouble spots and compensation patterns in others. You’ll also have newfound confidence, knowledge, and skills to carry with you that will be useful for the rest of your life. I can’t recommend this training enough.

I loved the format of the teaching program here at Indy School of Pilates. With the teaching program recordings, I was able to review the information on my own. Even though I had to miss one day, the instructor made it very easy for me to catch up before our next session. The program is so flexible and provides quality information. Not to mention I met some really great people at the same time!

I fell in love with this studio and Rachel’s almost superhuman knowledge! I wanted to learn from a 2nd Generation Pilates Master. It’s more detailed than what I expected, which was great for me to understand and challenging in a good way so I can be prepared as an instructor.

The training you receive through Indy School of Pilates will teach you so much more than just pilates exercises. It will guide you through learning the anatomy of Pilates movement while still keeping the classroom sessions lighthearted and fun. The training also gave me the ability to plan a balanced class for all levels combining classical and non-classical Pilates movements.
